Executive Director (Interim)

Paul Hentschel is the owner of Chez Flaneur Arts Ltd., a for profit company.  See Bio. 

Paul created this entity to act as a platform to create Living Wage Jobs.  Also, to pull together a team of artists with sufficient resources to complete his creative projects.

The first objective is to create a Living Wage Job for the Managing Director and to pay for operating expenses.  

Paul is acting as the Executive Director, until sufficient income is created to hire someone, thereby creating another Living Wage Job.

If this company ever makes a profit, then it means the problem of a Living Wage for artists has been solved.  Paul’s dog is named Folly, so that he has a daily reminder of the difficulty of this challenge.  Will they build a statue for him at his alma mater?  Will he then be asked to solve the middle east wars?  Maybe help men and women understand one another?

Managing Director (Interim)

Capri Jones is acting as Managing Director, until sufficient income is generated to make a Living Wage Job.  It is planned for this job to be a full time equivalent, shared by 3 people.  This will allow for Chez Flaneur to have different talents as the position is diverse.  Also, it provides for the people sharing this position to launch into a higher paying position.
